Calling All Coffee Snobs (You Know Who You Are)

We know you're picky about your favorite coffee and obsess over the best coffee equipment.. But let's face it, how often are you thinking about the inside of your machine?

Coffee makers inevitably build up scale, oil, and residue over time-- that impacts mineral balance, water temperature and flow. So you might not actually be getting the full flavor of your beans.

Luckily ACTIVE comes with a whole year supply of tablets to easily clear this build-up, so you can keep not thinking about it!

You know those nights when bedtime feels like an epic battle you didn’t sign up for?

Oh, trust me, I’ve had more of those than I can count.

Let me tell you about one that started as a total disaster but turned into a moment I’ll never forget—and yes, it involved glitter.

It all kicked off with the classic “But I’m not tired!” declaration, despite my kid barely keeping their eyes open.

Sound familiar?

What followed was a parade of stalling tactics: “One more story!” turned into three, then there was the sudden desperate need for water, a bathroom break, and finally, the tragic realization that their favorite stuffed animal was missing.

By the time I found it (under the couch, of course), I was ready to wave the white flag.

I felt completely defeated—like bedtime had won.

But then, inspiration struck. Instead of fighting the routine, I decided to shake it up.

I grabbed a flashlight, draped a blanket over the table, and announced we were going camping—right there in the living room.

You should’ve seen their face light up!

We crawled under our makeshift “tent,” and I told a silly story about a bunny who just had to get some sleep to save the day tomorrow.

Before I knew it, my little one was snuggled up, eyes closed, and softly snoring.

Not the bedtime I’d planned, but somehow, it worked.

That night taught me something big: it’s okay to let go of the “perfect plan.”

Kids don’t need us to get it all right—they just need us to show up, be silly, and embrace the crazy moments.

So, next time you’re knee-deep in a bedtime battle, remember: it’s okay to think outside the box (or under the blanket).

And hey, if all else fails, throw in a little glitter.

You’ve got this—I promise. 💕
